To look at your grant and funding application, we need to collect some information from you.
 
What we collect
Your name, contact details, application information, supporting documents, records of decisions, and equality monitoring information (such as ethnicity, disability and gender, where you've provided it).
 
Why and how we use it
To assess and administer your grant or funding application. We do this as part of our role as a public body, and to meet our legal obligations around grant governance.
 
Who we share it with
Local authority and sport governing body partners involved in assessing your application, and regulators or professional advisers where required by law. We will never sell your personal data.
 
How long we keep it
Usually up to 5 years, or up to 21 years where the grant relates to property or buildings.
 
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to how we use your data, and to withdraw any consent you've given.
